Horizon 2 was released simultaneously on Xbox One and 360. Since Horizon 3 has been released since September 2016, still with no 360 version in sight, I wouldn't hold my breath. Also Microsoft stopped making Xbox 360 console hardware in April 2016, so the chances of getting a Microsoft Studio game on the 360 are very slim.

Forza 3 has the best aesthetic and soundtrack. Forza 4 has the best presentation, online integration and arguably physics. Both versions let you run the game with 3 displays, if you also have 3 Xbox 360's handy. If you want a mature racing experience on Xbox 360, Forza 3 is your best bet.
